The SEZ policy changing every now and then, various political and economic issues being raised, and limited understanding of the concept among the stakeholders, make it very difficult to predict the future of SEZs in India. The market demand, location and scale of the SEZ would be crucial to the success of the SEZ.

Modus Operandi
The concept and success model of SEZs was studied across various countries in the world. A field survey envisaged at understanding the market demand, competition and views of regulating authorities was done. With the understanding of strengths and weaknesses of the client, the financial analysis was done for the proposed facility.

i-maritime Proposition
i-maritime suggested an indicative site for the SEZ, the likely industries, infrastructure requirement and a schematic layout for the proposed facility. i-mairitime also projected the expected investment, returns and other financial parameters for the project.
