Job Title : Principal Consultant
Profile : • To Discuss with Director and decide the project team and team leader(TL)for incoming new projects • To discuss with the TL and plan the well define time schedule for each of the new projects • To monitor day to day progress of the projects in hand with concerned TL and Team Member. • To ascertain, constraints if any for timely completion of any project and take remedial actions to expedite the work progress • To interact with the client as and when considered necessary • To ensure that each project is completed in all respect as per schedule and closed on receipt of the final payment from the client. • To ensure that on completion of each project the knowledge management part is also completed by the project team before they are engaged for other project • To keep the Director informed on the progress /problems and the necessary action taken • To conduct a monthly review meeting on all projects to invite suggestions from TLs and Team members for better performance. • Take up initiatives outside immediate project work (training, mentoring, quality improvements) • Interacting with clients understanding the requirements presented by the client and identifying the actual needs, convincing the client preparing final presentation to client satisfaction. • Communicating the requirement to the consulting team, so that there is no ambiguity.

Profile : • Arrange/Prepare proposals, tender and contracts for clients. • Techno-commercial meetings and order acquisition • Maintain Client relationships and meeting client expectations • Process and manage correspondence related to Clients • Responsible for business and optimize client satisfaction • Have a comprehensive understanding and experience in BD. • Knowledge of B2B Cold calling, Presales, Lead Generation, Closure Sales, Selling techniques, etc. • Research and identify leads and prospects. • Create and maintain a database of prospects • Engage prospects across various stages of the sales cycle (e-mail campaign, cold calling, following up on prospects, conference call with prospects, present services over conf call/in-person, initial response to RFI/RFQ/RFP’s) Desired Profile: • Candidates should have strong business acumen. • Good organizational skills and the ability to understand detailed information. • Good Computer Skills and numeric skills. • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Candidate should have pleasing personality with excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written).
